Assessing severity

The POscorad

• a multicenter international study coordinated by LETFAD (European task force for atopic dermatitis) and the Foundation for Atopic Dermatitis showed that there was a definite correlation between the SCORAD completed by the doctor and the PO-SCORAD completed by the patient.*

• Of course, for patients to score their symptoms, drawings had to be created to represent the different levels of severity for each symptom.

• By using the same evaluation grid, both patient and doctor can focus on the same objective: improving the day-to-day experience of the disease.
