B- The educational contract
The educational diagnosis makes it possible to determine "skills" (= objectives) which are assigned to the patient. These skills, set out in educational contracts, may vary from one patient to another. In all cases, they must be presented to the patient by the team and negotiated with him/her, for the establishment of an educational contract.*
Therefore, it must clearly and precisely indicate what the patient should be able to do on a daily basis through the lessons given.
