Choose hypoallergenic emollients :

      - hypoallergenic does not mean anallergic

      - the risks are minimized

      - all the components are selected to be as allergen-free as possible

 

Moisturize  the scalp if necessary

      Choose an emollient that rinses off easily with shampoo

 

Apply a thin layer of emollient

      Occlusion on damaged skin contributes to secondary infections
