Not usually...
Common cases :
No exclusion or diet in general, but :
- breastfeed
- avoid overly premature diversification
Special cases :
- peri-buccal contact urticaria; exclusions
- digestive disorders (rare): special tests
- allergy tests - complex interpretation
- exclusions/reintroductions
- "hospital" tests
- the allergens that are most often implicated: eggs, cow's milk, fish, peanuts, wheat
